Assists with scheduling of bar personnel, keeping management informed of work progress, assignments, inventory, and work areas of concern. Receives orders from patrons, computes charges, collects appropriate amounts from patrons and/or waiters and makes change in accordance with established cash handling procedures. Prepares daily activity reports and ensures funds are either properly secured and/or deposited in accordance with cash handling instructions. Ensures adequate stock levels, arranges and displays bottled goods and glasses about the bar. Replenishes stock and notifies supervisor when supplies and stock are low.
