SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST Millington, Tennessee Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVY MANPOWER ANALYSIS CENTER NAVMAC. Duties You will evaluate programs, policies, and processes that take into account the regulatory and specialized guidance and policies of multiple stakeholders. You will advise offers and higher-level authorities on all matters concerning the manpower requirements determination program. You will provide expert technical advice on all matters concerning the manpower requirements determination program. You will prepare analytical and programmatic material to support Congressional testimony and contribute to the preparation of Navy witnesses. You will analyze end-strength controls and resources for manpower resource implications on policy and budgetary decisions. You will analyze the impact of new laws, policies, and regulations concerning manpower determination. You will advise on proposed legislation and policy guidance concerning any and all aspects of the manpower requirements determination program. You will oversee the development of performance measures to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of individual and departmental programs and initiatives. You will advise on matters pertaining to resource support, best business practices, and program execution.
