What we collect

Browsing without signup: only aggregate page views and clicks via Plausible Analytics (self-hosted). No cookies, no fingerprinting, no individual tracking. Aggregate stats only.

If you sign up for the weekly digest: just your email and any free-text "interests" you tell us. Stored in our backend; sent to Resend (our email provider) for delivery. We do not sell, share, or rent this list.

What we don't collect

• No accounts, no passwords, no personal profile
• No resume uploads
• No tracking cookies; no third-party ad pixels
• No location data beyond country (used only for the EU-waitlist redirect)

Cookies

None at the moment. If we ever introduce a cookie (e.g. for "remember my state filter"), we'll surface a clear opt-in banner.

EU/UK/EEA visitors

We currently geofence the EU/UK/EEA at the edge until our EU-law analysis is complete. Visitors from those regions see a waitlist page only.
