Duties You will prepare and conduct briefs on the status of operation plans. You will analyze the mission, tasks, functions and loading associated with proposed operations to identify the construction and repair projects necessary to support these planned operations. You will prepare scopes of work, drafting planning documents, site visits/inspections, and contract execution.
