Project Technical Leader/Manager – Water/ Wastewater CDM Smith is seeking a Project Manager (or an emerging PM) to support and lead delivery of water, wastewater, stormwater, and infrastructure projects based in Albuquerque, NM. This role is ideal for: 1.an experienced PM who can serve as the primary client point of contact and manage delivery end-to-end, or 2.a technically strong engineer who is ready to step into project management responsibilities with support, mentorship, and clear path to full PM ownership. In addition to core PM duties (scope/schedule/budget/client), this position includes technical delivery leadership-driving the technical approach, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring deliverables are high quality and “right the first time.” These technical leadership elements align with CDM Smith's internal PTL (project technical leader) expectations.
