CDM Smith is seeking a Project Scheduler / Schedule Reviewer to support our Transportation CEI (Construction Engineering & Inspection) team in Columbia, SC. This position will contribute to CDM Smith's mission by: • Performing Baseline and Updated Schedule Reviews for both internal and external clients, frequently under tight deadlines. • Developing and documenting project planning considerations and objectives, scope and milestones to incorporate into the master project schedule. • Developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated critical path schedules for projects in accordance with contract specifications. • Developing scope, deliverables, and activities with project managers for each task assignment. • Developing detailed work plan deliverables including schedule diagrams (Pert, Gantt & Time-Scale), resource loaded activities, and fee scheduling of invoicing. • Gathering project progress information from project manager and project team members to update and monitor the project. • Maintaining and updating scope within work breakdown structure; reports on unbudgeted activities. Updates actual expenditures, and forecasts remaining cost/resource needs. • Supporting the updating of a risk register related to schedule and scope impacts. • Developing monthly progress report deliverables to encompass schedule updates, schedule performance/milestone reports, and performance curves.
