About this role
Sr. Project Manager Aberdeen, United Kingdom Purpose: The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects across both offshore and onshore facilities. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of network and technology driven projects ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate the activities of internal teams, third party vendors, and client or contractor personnel, ensuring effective communication and adherence to established governance and change control processes. This position requires strong leadership, outstanding organisational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The role also carries financial accountability for assigned projects, including cost tracking, forecasting, and ensuring accurate and timely customer billing. Location & Travel: Attendance at the Aberdeen office with opportunity for remote working. The role requires flexibility to travel locally within Aberdeen area, the UK and occasional overseas visits. Functions: Lead and manage end to end project delivery, including development of project plans and associated communication material. Build and maintain strong effective relationships with internal teams, vendors, clients, and key stakeholders. Oversee major network and technology projects e.g. Communications installations, LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi refresh. Communicate project expectations clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner. Develop and deliver high quality project documentation including proposals, business cases, specifications and presentations for both internal and external audiences. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client needs and priorities.
