We are seeking an AI Transformation Engineer (People) to transform how our People organization operates by designing and building AI-powered automations that reduce administrative burden, improve scalability, and create capacity for strategic work. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Enablement, Internal Communications, Compensation, and EPMO teams to redesign and automate workflows that improve employee and manager experiences . You will not simply automate existing processes-you will reimagine them for efficiency, scalability, and measurable business outcomes. You'll work within the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot) and leverage additional tools as needed in partnership with Technology for secure, scalable solutions. This is a 6-month contract role (40h/week).
