Onboarding Specialist Remote- United States We are seeking a highly motivated Onboarding Specialist to join our Training and Enablement team. This role is ideal for a professional who is both personable and technically adept, capable of delivering engaging live onboarding sessions while managing and optimizing our learning systems. You will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional onboarding experience for new team members, leveraging tools like Skilljar, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Confluence. This position requires strong attention to detail, a passion for learning technologies, and the ability to work autonomously within a matrixed organization. Responsibilities - Deliver engaging and informative live onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a positive start to their Level Access journey. - Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (Skilljar), including setup, user access, reporting, and administration of role-specific learning paths. - Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business teams to streamline onboarding processes and resolve inquiries promptly. - Leverage AI tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, to enhance efficiency in content management and learning delivery. - Create and maintain documentation in Confluence, ensuring onboarding resources are accurate and accessible. - Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to continuously improve programs and resources. - Support the development and implementation of scalable onboarding processes that align with organizational goals. - Ensure consistency in messaging and accessibility standards across all onboarding content and
