In this role you will onboard our new customers to the EverHealth platform (solution determined based on experience and need at time of hire). Specific responsibilities will include providing training and consulting to our customers and helping them onboard in a timely manner. You will develop our customers' skills to ensure they graduate onboarding feeling confident and comfortable using our software for many years to come. Responsibilities: Host webinar training sessions joined by multiple customer stakeholders, providing consultancy to both new and existing customers. Serve as your customer's main point of contact for a 60-90-day period Manage the overall onboarding project to ensure on-time delivery- including coordinating with our engineers for data migration needs, scheduling consulting sessions, facilitating partner integration engagements, and more.
