Senior Director, Corporate Marketing Remote - North America Level Access is looking for a strategic, growth‑minded Senior Director of Corporate Marketing to define how our brand shows up in the market. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact leadership role responsible for shaping our company narrative, elevating our brand, and driving measurable business outcomes across awareness, engagement, and pipeline! Core Responsibilities - Company Narrative & Brand Messaging: Define and operationalize a clear, differentiated story that unifies all product and solution messaging. - Brand & Creative Expression: Lead visual identity, tone of voice, and creative standards across all channels, setting detailed creative strategy and serving as the final approver for brand, design, and creative execution. - Content, Communications & Thought Leadership: Oversee content strategy, PR, social, and executive insight to strengthen brand presence and credibility. - Findability & Modern Discovery: Ensure our story is discoverable across search, AI‑driven platforms, and community ecosystems. - AI Strategy & Content Innovation: Introduce AI‑enabled workflows to scale content creation, personalization, and efficiency. - Team Leadership: Mentor and oversee multiple team members across Content, Communications, and Creative, providing hands‑on creative direction, clear prioritization, and high‑quality feedback to elevate the work. - Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Web, Sales, and executives to ensure consistent storytelling across the buyer journey. - Measurement & Optimization: Build frameworks that connect brand activity to engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact. - Creative Strategy & Approval: Own end‑to‑end creative strategy and act as the senior creative decision‑maker, reviewing, guiding, and approving major
