About this role
AI Transformation Engineer (People) Remote - North America Summary At Level Access, we believe that AI should deliver meaningful and measurable impact-not just experimentation. We are seeking an AI Transformation Engineer (People) to transform how our People organization operates by designing and building AI-powered automations that reduce administrative burden, improve scalability, and create capacity for strategic work. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Enablement, Internal Communications, Compensation, and EPMO teams to redesign and automate workflows that improve employee and manager experiences . You will not simply automate existing processes-you will reimagine them for efficiency, scalability, and measurable business outcomes. You'll work within the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot) and leverage additional tools as needed in partnership with Technology for secure, scalable solutions. This is a 6-month contract role (40h/week). Key Responsibilities - Design and Deliver Automation Solutions - Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency across the People function. - Map current workflows, identify root issues, and redesign processes before automating. - Build and maintain automation solutions primarily in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot, and related tools; integrate with additional platforms (e.g., Zapier, APIs) as needed for scalability and cost-effectiveness. - Ensure all solutions are secure, measurable, scalable, and maintainable . - Advance AI Adoption and Enablement - Partner with stakeholders to define high-value AI use cases and embed them into daily workflows. - Document and communicate workflows in clear, accessible formats for non-technical users.
