ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assembly of metal cases including insertion of rivets, brackets, and miscellaneous hardware. Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation. Testing, inspection, and packaging of product. Metal finishing, prototype running, and other metal case production work. Other duties as assigned. Once employee demonstrates competency in position, he/she may be required to train others in similar roles. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing experience using small hand tools preferred. SKILLS: Good hand and eye coordination. Ability to read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers.
