Technician, Methods & Industrialization Workshop Work Location (Country) France | Remote/Onsite Onsite Reporting to the Methods & Industrialization Manager, the Workshop Methods and Industrialization Technician is responsible for ensuring the industrialization of products while integrating concerns for personnel safety and the Cost/Quality/Lead Time requirements, providing production support, and contributing to the improvement of the organization and production-related processes. Responsibilities: Ensure product industrialization while integrating personnel safety and Cost/Quality/Lead Time requirements: Define production routings and process flow diagrams (assembly, SOPs). Define, produce, and maintain production and aftersales (SAV) tools/test benches. Define specific packaging and conditioning (production and aftersales). Set up the shipment process for instruments. Define and standardize working methods, particularly through documentation (e.g., operating procedures) for production and service teams, in collaboration with subject‑matter experts. Ensure the technical interface (in both directions) between R&D and operations (production, aftersales, scheduling, purchasing), e.g., through participation in design reviews. Monitor project progress and carry out the related methods/industrialization actions. Ensure technological watch on production processes within the scope of responsibility. Provide production support : Provide support for production and aftersales (excluding instrument tuning). Act as the guarantor of vacuum-related methods within the assembly workshop (e.g.
