Quality Manager Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite Position Summary: The Quality Manager will lead the Quality Engineering and Quality Inspection teams in our aerospace manufacturing facility. This position will develop the team to ensure compliance with company, customer, industry, and regulatory standards and requirements. The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality professionals, implement quality management systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. How You Will Do It: Lead and manage the Quality Engineering and Quality Inspection teams - coaching, mentoring, and managing the performance of the team to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. Maintain and develop AMETEK's quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to AS9100 and other quality standards. Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to address non-conformances. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Interface with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure needs are met, and expectations are satisfied. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans. Train and mentor quality team members on best practices and quality standards.
