This role provides technical support to team of 7 Field Service Engineers. Analyze schematic drawings to identify problem areas within range of industrial UPS systems. Oversee service region, including Field Service Department, by performing annual reviews, applying safety and disciplinary procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's or equivalent in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and 5 years (or master's +3) working as Field Service Engineer, including preventative maintenance, commissioning, and repair of uninterruptible power supplies and related equipment; AC/DC power electronics, applications, and electrical schematics within petrochemical and power generation industry; 2 years' experience in power electronics or closely related field using multimeters, oscilloscopes and similar industrial networking equipment and leading teams directly or indirectly; and ability to travel 20% to client sites in Gulf Coast Region to perform On-Site Tech Evaluations (OK, TX, AL, LA, MS). Provide on-call phone support on rotating weekends. Telework available 2 days/week. Ref: AT2.
