Anodizing Operator Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for the efficient operation of the Anodize line. Ensures quality material is produced in accordance with established standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Racks parts in preparation for treatment based on pre-determined schedule. Unloads and inspects parts to ensure they meet company and customer standards. Ability to run the line in manual or automatic mode. Monitors line to ensure proper operation. May need to stop and restart line as needed. Troubleshoots any problems throughout the production process and chooses best course of action. Consults with lead and/or supervisor as necessary. Packages material according to customer specification with no damage to material. Shows ability to verify anodize process perimeters (recipes) Perform temperature checks Notifies supervisor of any mechanical problems. Performs all duties in accordance with company safety and standards. Maintains a clean and orderly work area. Properly wears required Personal Protective Equipment. OCCASSIONAL DUTIES: Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION: High School graduate or equivalent. SKILLS: Ability to work independently without supervision.
