We are looking to add a driven Quality Engineering Technician to our team. This role is responsible for assisting in and directing the investigation and resolution of quality-related supplier, production, manufacturing, and design-related problems, and acts as the customer's advocate when customers have detected quality problems. What will you do? On any given day, your responsibilities would include: Responding to day-to-day design, production, and customer quality issues related to production lines Resolving production problems associated with process errors, non-conforming parts, and design problems Interfacing with all aspects of Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Product and Sustaining Engineering, and Production Inventory Control in the performance of their assigned tasks Monitoring self-release of products
