Ameresco is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our Operations & Maintenance Team at a site in Washington, DC . This position is responsible for conducting inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with site-specific quality control standards and contract specifications. This position covers a broad scope of work, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry disciplines. Responsibilities: Conduct daily inspections of the facility to ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work meet quality standards and comply with codes and regulations. Report on any facility repairs that are needed across various trades. Collaborate with contractors and Federal employees to ensure adherence to all applicable codes and regulations.
