Job Summary: Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Business Unit Controller is responsible for all accounting activities and global financial operations. This position will be a strategic business partner to the business unit leadership team by accurately measuring and forecasting operating performance related to KPIs and making recommendations for improvements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain effective internal control of all business unit operations and locations to ensure continued protection of its assets and an accurate reporting of its financial position Provide management with monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of the organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities in accordance with the Corporations reporting formats and requirements Partner with sales and operations management to manage working capital by balancing inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Forecast Business Unit business activity and financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations in accordan
