Manufacturing Engineer Work Location (Country) United States | Remote/Onsite Onsite We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our innovative team within a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, improving product quality, and ensuring operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply advanced engineering principles and cutting-edge technologies to support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing excellence. This position will report to the Operations Manager. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes within an electromechanical, X-ray detection systems. Design and analyze schematics, CAD models, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and other CAD tools. Lead root cause analysis to identify issues in production lines and implement effective corrective actions. Support tooling design, fabrication, and maintenance to enhance assembly line efficiency. Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. Conduct process engineering tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project scheduling, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 9001 standards. Provide mechanical knowledge support for assembly line modifications and factory equipment upgrades.
