Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager Corporates, this full-time and permanent position is based in our Amsterdam office and offers local coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporate business and it's growth. Would you like to deploy your legal expertise in a young, energetic, fast paced family? Vistra Netherlands is looking to recruit a Senior Legal Services Lawyer for our Corporate client portfolios. You will provide a full range of legal advice and services, coordinating and supervising the daily activities of junior corporate lawyers and acting as a resource for colleagues and less experienced team members. In your day to day activities you will work with a tight team of Legal working on the same portfolio as you are, along with dedicated financials and relationship managers. You will work together to ensure high client satisfaction, solve complex questions and provide a full range of corporate services.
