What you will be doing: Assisting the Corporate Legal team with reviewing commercial agreements (including agreements with customers, vendors and suppliers, lease, purchase or sale of real estate) and other commercial legal documents, assisting with administrative work, drafting legal documents including agreements, policies, memos, letters, reports, certifications and notices, writing and editing emails, tracking changes in Word documents, typing documents, preparing Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, helping in the process of executing agreements and other documents.
