What You'll Do: Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts (sales and services agreements, data processing agreements, and ancillary documents) with enterprise customers Lead customer-facing legal negotiations in partnership with the Sales, Privacy, Finance and Product teams Develop and contribute to templates, forms, and playbooks to improve collaboration, and support enablement of the Sales team Provide legal advice and guidance on procurement contracts to internal stakeholders Take on additional matters as needed, including supply and channel partnerships, feature licensing, and inbound license agreements Work collaboratively and develop positive relationships with business stakeholders to strengthen the connection between our team and the business - under tight deadlines, and while managing multiple priorities. Contribute positively to the culture of the Navan Legal team and the company as a whole What We're Looking For: Qualified lawyer in your practice jurisdiction 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney Significant experience negotiating complex commercial
