Essential Duties and Responsibilities The role will act as a crucial bridge between the recruitment team and business leaders, leveraging deep data analysis, insights, and reporting to optimize hiring processes, enhance recruitment quality and efficiency, and directly influence talent strategy decisions. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver passionate about talent metrics, with experience working in cross-cultural environments. Full life cycle recruitment responsibilities, including but not limited to below: Verify effective recruiting channels (both internal and external). Partner with hiring manager to identify position requirements and key competencies needed. Job posting, candidate sourcing, pre-screen telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, reference checks and all other duties as it relates to the needs of the Recruiting Department.
