Senior Recruiter, Japan Minato, Japan MEET THE TEAM The Talent Acquisition team partners closely with business leaders to identify , attract, and hire the talent needed to drive business priorities. As part of a global recruiting ecosystem, the team works collaboratively with partners across compensation, People Partners, and broader HR functions to deliver a seamless hiring experience. The team is made up of experienced talent advisors who operate with a consultative mindset, supporting hiring across complex and strategic areas of the business. With a strong focus on data, process excellence, and candidate experience, the team continuously evolves its approach to hiring. What makes this team exciting is the opportunity to influence talent strategy, solve complex hiring challenges, and play a direct role in shaping the organization's future workforce. YOUR IMPACT In this role, you will partner with hiring leaders to understand business priorities and develop talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals. You will lead the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from requisition strategy and sourcing through candidate evaluation, interview facilitation, and offer negotiation to deliver effective hiring outcomes. The role offers the opportunity to leverage recruiting data to optimize hiring strategies and continuously improve delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Compensation and People Partners, you will help ensure aligned hiring decisions and a strong experience for both candidates and hiring leaders. You will also develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract specialized talent while embedding diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
