Recruiter Minato, Japan MEET THE TEAM The Talent Acquisition team at Cisco partners closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire the talent needed to support key business priorities. As part of a global recruiting ecosystem, the team collaborates with partners across Compensation, People Partners, and broader Human Resources functions to deliver a seamless hiring experience. Within this, the Customer Experience team at Cisco plays a critical role in helping customers successfully adopt, implement, and realize value from Cisco's technology solutions. This includes functions such as customer success, technical consulting, professional services, and support. The Customer Experience portfolio focuses on hiring talent that directly shapes how customers engage with and experience the business across their lifecycle. The team operates with a consultative mindset, supporting hiring across dynamic and fast-evolving areas, while balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience. With a strong focus on data and process excellence, the team continuously evolves its approach to deliver impactful hiring outcomes. YOUR IMPACT In this role, you will partner with hiring leaders across the Customer Experience portfolio to understand business priorities and develop targeted talent acquisition strategies aligned to team goals. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle-from role scoping and sourcing through to candidate management, interview coordination, and offer delivery-ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process. You will leverage recruitment data and market insights to inform your approach, optimize hiring outcomes, and continuously improve delivery.
