Senior Analyst - Talent Acquisition HR- Chinese Talent Market 2 Locations What success looks like in this role: • Provides Talent Acquisition support and advice on efforts for large functional or multiple organizational unit(s).Has Chinese- Mandarin language expertise. • For assigned areas, handles complex technical, professional and senior level hiring. • Works with hiring leaders to develop internal, external or contractor recruiting strategies. • Participates in and/or leads local and/or broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as required. • Provides senior level support in one area as described below: Talent Acquisition / External Recruiting • Identifies candidates for a variety of positions, including high-volume roles. • Surfaces and proactively proposes solutions to key talent acquisition issues with internal stakeholders. • Modifies and applies innovative and successful candidate negotiation and close strategies. • Manages external agency engagement, addressing and resolving performance issues on an ongoing basis. Willingness to support East Asia time zones #LI-BN1 You will be successful in this role if you have: Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred; diploma or degree in the desired language is an added advantage. 4-6 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
