About this role
IT Talent Acquisition Madrid, Spain What success looks like in this role: • Provides Talent Acquisition support for a specific function or defined area(s) of the organization. • May focus on broad-based Talent Acquisition or deliver results through Campus / Early Career or Contract Management efforts. • Joins in local and/or broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as required. Talent Acquisition / External Recruiting • Partners with assigned hiring leaders to assess and determine staffing needs and appropriate sourcing strategy, • Creates and maintains job postings on internal and external websites, job boards, and social media sites • Attracts, sources and screens applicants; keeping candidate experience top of mind • Provides guidance to hiring leaders on appropriate sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques. • Presents relevant suitable candidates to the hiring leader for consideration. • Performs or ensures the performance of: o In-person and/or telephone and video interviews, o Reference and background checks, o Interview participant coordination, o Status follow-up, and o Reporting and documentation. • Effectively negotiates and closes candidate offers. • Develops offers in line with approved guidelines. • Manages and tracks the recruitment process and maintains appropriate candidate statuses for approved demand and pipeline requisitions in Workday; ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant recruitment policy and processes. • May manage external recruitment agency engagement and performance. Campus / Early Career • Develops working relationships with key university placement center, career and other stakeholders. • Translates company business requirements into information applicable for campus placement / recruiting activity.
