What the day will look like You'll lead client-facing growth initiatives-owning propositions, managing internal and external relationships, and driving pipeline creation and conversion. Cliend leadership Act as a growth lead for Employee Experience propositions, ensuring seamless handover from sales to onboarding and maintaining client confidence. Broker & Enterprise Engagement Build and maintain relationships with priority brokers and enterprise partners; co-create solution plays and run joint sessions (webinars, workshops) Pipeline Ownership Drive proactive pipeline management with ≥95% forecast accuracy; create new opportunities across brokers, enterprise clients, and new logos. RFP & Proposal Leadership Lead high-quality responses for EX-related RFPs, ensuring compelling narratives and compliance.
