Senior FP&A Analyst Additional Posting Location(s) Australia-NSW-Mascot ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in business partnering to support strategic and operational decision-making in our sales divisions. This role will act as a trusted financial advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering insightful analysis, driving financial performance, and influencing outcomes through data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business partnering, a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. This is a full-time position, reporting to the FP&A Manager ANZ. WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management · Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders, providing financial insight and challenge to support decision-making. · Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing outcomes and driving accountability for financial performance. · Support business cases, investment appraisals, and strategic initiatives with robust financial analysis. Financial Planning & Analysis · Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for assigned business areas. · Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying risks and opportunities. · Provide clear explanations of variances and recommend corrective actions. Performance Management & Reporting · Develop and maintain financial models
