Our collaborative team spans sales, customer success, support, marketing, and G&A, fostering innovation, empowerment, and hands-on learning. We celebrate each other's successes while delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. Your Impact As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be a technical leader in driving growth and adoption of Splunk solutions with enterprise customers. You will: Demonstrate and evangelize Splunk products and services through onsite sessions, webinars, and field events. Lead discovery calls and conversations to identify and validate opportunities, independently or with your sales counterpart. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Conduct on-site customer engagements, including Proof of Value/Concept demonstrations. Address complex technical inquiries and resolve customer concerns to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve working practices, processes, and customer success. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in enterprise presales, ideally 5+ years, with a technical focus. Ability to understand complex application environments and machine data sources (logs, security data, network data, etc.). Experience in observability solutions (Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless) and scripting languages (Python, Perl) is a plus. Strong ability to articulate complex technical solutions to customers and partners. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and improve processes. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on knowledge of Splunk solutions and experience demonstrating their value to enterprise customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
