This role is central to shaping the strategic direction and driving client and market engagement for Aon's casualty reinsurance portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. Joining as a senior broker, you will have overall Account Management and lead broker responsibilities across some of the broadest reinsurance placements in the Australian and New Zealand markets. In addition to ensuring local casualty best practice, you will contribute to regional and global practice groups, bringing thought leadership into the Pacific region. The successful candidate will be a recognised market practitioner with a strong reputation for structuring and delivering robust casualty reinsurance solutions.
