Senior Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering, ATS Matrix Dublin, Ireland Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) combines software and systems engineering to build and run large-scale, massively distributed, fault-tolerant systems. This role is critical to driving operational excellence across our global Recruiting organization. The ideal candidate will bring high-level recruiting knowledge, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of optimizing systems and processes at scale. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on recruiting operations, capable of synthesizing complex information, connecting dots across programs, and representing Recruiting in high-impact cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management & Process Leadership: Act as a trusted partner to Recruiting leadership and cross-functional teams.
