As ALCOM Commander's Arctic Region Advisor and Subject Matter Expert, delivers current situational understanding to the commander in support of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), USNORTHCOM, and ALCOM mission areas of responsibility. Duties: Serves as an Air Planner and Air Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME). Serves as the Arctic Region Advisor and Subject Matter Expert, delivering current situational understanding and Arctic activity forecasts to the commander in support of NORAD, USNORTHCOM, and ALCOM mission areas. Serves as the ALCOM Out-year Homeland Defense Campaign Order (HDCO) Coordinator. Serves as liaison officer to the Ted Stevens Center (TSC) for Arctic Security Studies.
