Duties You will serve as a Financial Management Specialist and will be responsible for serving in Norfolk, VA within the Business, Management, Planning, and Analysis Division (Business Cell). In this role, you will assist the Budget Officer in the day-to-day administration of budget formulation, execution, and distribution; equipment procurement and recapitalization; health care staffing and facility construction initiatives; federally mandated program impact studies and audits; and the operation and deployment of healthcare information technology systems. These activities directly support the delivery of healthcare services for Coast Guard operational missions worldwide..
