We need someone to build the automation and tooling that lets us launch markets at the speed news breaks. You'll own the entire pipeline from market idea to live market. This means building backend services that automate market creation, plus the internal portal our Markets team uses every day to configure and settle markets. You'll be the technical force multiplier that lets a small team run thousands of markets. This isn't a feature request job. You'll identify bottlenecks in our current process and build solutions that didn't exist before.
