About the Role We're looking for a sharp, execution-focused Recruiter to help us scale the team behind the world's largest prediction market. This is a high-impact, full-cycle role where you'll own hiring across technical and business functions from sourcing to close. You'll work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to build pipelines, run structured interviews, and bring in exceptional people quickly. At Polymarket, recruiting isn't a support function - it's a strategic lever, and you'll be expected to operate with the urgency, judgment, and ownership that reflects that. What you'll do - Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and/or business roles - Partner closely with hiring managers to define role scope, success criteria, and candidate profiles - Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach - Run structured, high-signal interview processes from initial screen through offer - Maintain strong candidate experience while operating
