About the Role We're looking for a sharp, execution-focused Recruiter to help us scale the team behind the world's largest prediction market. This is a high-impact, full-cycle role where you'll own hiring across technical and business functions from sourcing to close. You'll work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to build pipelines, run structured interviews, and bring in exceptional people quickly. At Polymarket, recruiting isn't a support function - it's a strategic lever, and you'll be expected to operate with the urgency, judgment, and ownership that reflects that.
