About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Office Manager to own the full scope of workplace operations at our NYC headquarters. This is an ops role, not an administrative one. You'll manage the physical space, vendor relationships, events, culture infrastructure, and office expansion projects that come with a fast-scaling team. You'll run the office like a product, constantly shipping improvements that make our environment match the intensity of the work we do. This role reports to the VP of Operations and works closely with People Ops, Executive Assistants, and the Creative team.
