About the Role We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to own and scale our paid acquisition engine. This role will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and is ideal for someone with deep experience managing large-scale budgets, driving efficient growth, and building a high-velocity experimentation culture across channels. What You'll Do - Help with performance marketing across paid channels, managing a minimum of $100M+ in annual ad spend with clear accountability for CAC, LTV, payback period, and revenue growth - Scale and optimize campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, affiliates, and emerging channels, with a strong bias toward testing, iteration, and capital-efficient growth - Partner closely with creative, brand, product, and analytics teams to drive creative strategy and feedback loops, turning performance insights into stronger ad concepts, messaging, hooks, landing pages, and conversion paths - Build a rigorous experimentation engine
