About this role
CIS Manager - Operations Jackson, MS, US Overview The responsibilities of this position include managing daily CIS maintenance and data input to ensure accurate validation of customer, relationship, demographic and related data elements. This position demands both technical proficiency and a clear understanding of operational workflows that influence data accuracy and completeness. This role involves managing more complex corrective actions appropriate to the responsibilities at this level. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, train and develop a team of specialists responsible for maintaining the IBS CIS application in an accurate and optimized state. Provide and oversee quality assurance, focusing on exception handling related to failed or incomplete automated data loads from source application feeds. Receive and fulfill CIS maintenance and input requests from various areas of the bank. Comply with established standards and policies set forth by the CIS oversight team. Establish a cohesive team environment focused on achieving critical organizational goals. Participate in planning and status meetings with the Chief Data Officer's CIS oversight team and IT Applications CIS Business Analysts. Provide guidance and subject-matter expertise for problems, questions, best practices, trends, root cause analysis, and exception handling. Perform additional duties as assigned.
