The team partners closely with operations, product, engineering, finance, and senior leaderships to drive business performance through data-driven insights, scalable processes, and strong execution. We thrive in a fast-paced environment where curiosity, ownership, and a bias for action are key. Your Impact You will operate as a high-ownership individual contributor, partnering across teams to identify issues, generate data-driven insights, and drive initiatives through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys switching between operational program management, analytics, process improvement, and reporting automation, while helping teams move faster and make better decisions. Develop and maintain clear documentation of processes, RACI frameworks, and operational procedures to support transparency and alignment across teams. Build and maintain data-driven reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to support operational decision-making. Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across operational reports and dashboards. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from Snowflake. Automate recurring reporting and workflows using AI tools, Excel macros, or other automation solutions to improve efficiency.
