You will collaborate closely with a diverse group of internal team members including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, BI Managers, Analysts, Sales Enablement, Partner Operations, and Content Governance stakeholders. You will also engage with external partner-facing teams, Customer Experience teams, and vendor partners. Your Impact As a Business Analysis Manager, you will drive research design, survey operations, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement in support of Cisco's Sales Operations and Business Intelligence priorities. You will own end-to-end survey and research programs-from instrument design through data collection, analysis, and executive-ready reporting. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making, reaching thousands of internal sellers, partners, and stakeholders. Findings from your programs will be presented to Director- and VP-level leadership, directly influencing resource allocation, program design, and go-to-market strategy.
