Our Team You will be joining the Business Intelligence team within Business Development Operations. You will work directly with program owners, sales operations leaders, and cross-functional partners. Our team focuses on delivering actionable reporting, data models, and governance frameworks that support critical sales operations decision-making. We value proactive communication, technical innovation, and collaborative engagement to drive business outcomes. Your Impact As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will combine hands-on technical work with cross-functional stakeholder engagement to translate complex business questions into actionable reporting. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytical dashboards, data models, and governance frameworks. Because this role supports time-sensitive operational programs and cross-functional stakeholders, consistent availability, prompt responsiveness, and proactive communication during standard business hours are critical to your success. Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Development & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and GitHub Pages to support program tracking, executive reporting, and operational visibility. Integrate multiple data sources into unified reporting surfaces. Data Modeling & Engineering Support: Build and maintain data models in Snowflake using dbt to support downstream reporting and analytics. Collaborate with data engineering to ensure pipeline reliability and data quality. Content & Platform Governance Analytics: Conduct large-scale content audits and platform analytics to support governance decisions. Develop frameworks for content disposition recommendations based
