Analytics Manager US OH Akron Corp Hdqtrs The Analytics Manager leads the design and delivery of scalable data models, insights, and analytical solutions that support business decision-making across manufacturing and commercial functions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, analytics, and engineering teams to translate complex needs into actionable insights, dashboards, and tools embedded in day-to-day workflows. The Analytics Manager drives adoption of data-driven solutions, ensures high standards for data quality and governance, and helps guide priorities by identifying opportunities where analytics can generate measurable business impact. Why This Role Matters Drives business impact through analytics by designing scalable data models and translating complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy, forecasting, pricing, demand, and performance decisions. Serves as a critical bridge between business and analytics teams, ensuring business needs are clearly defined, prioritized, and converted into effective, high-value analytical solutions. Enables data-driven decision-making at scale by embedding insights, KPIs, and dashboards into workflows, increasing adoption and influencing day-to-day and strategic decisions. Strengthens analytics maturity and trust by upholding data quality, governance, and best practices, while mentoring analysts and continuously improving analytics processes and capabilities. What You Will Do Lead the design, enhancement, and maintenance of scalable, business-aligned data models to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and analytics/engineering teams, translating needs into well-defined, high-impact analytical solutions. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, linking insights directly to measurable business outcomes.
