Assistant Manager-Human Resources Pune Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR Generalist Location: Pune Sealings, Chakan Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Role Overview: The Assistant Manager - HR Generalist will manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, employee life cycle, statutory compliance, recruitment, and talent acquisition. The role also involves driving employee engagement, training & development initiatives, and supporting performance management processes while leveraging HR ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Utilize job portals, social media, and other channels for talent sourcing. Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of positions. 2. Payroll & HR Operations Handle monthly payroll processing with accuracy and compliance. Maintain employee records in SuccessFactors and ensure smooth integration with SAP Payroll. 3. Employee Life Cycle Management Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities. Ensure timely issuance of employment-related documentation. 4. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with Factory Act, PF, ESIC, POSH, and other labor laws. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual compliance reports. Coordinate with authorities for inspections and audits.
