HR Business Partner Pune, MH Job Summary: As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for India, you'll act as the go-to people leader for your geography-connecting our global HR strategy to local needs. You'll build trusted relationships with managers and employees, helping shape a positive culture while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This role blends strategic partnership and hands-on HR delivery. Core Duties Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and local culture. Coach managers on leadership, feedback, and team performance. Facilitate leadership development and training programs. Lead local engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Lead end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Support performance management processes and goal setting. Drive performance and development conversations across the team. Lead local pay and benefits alignment. Address employee concerns and manage workplace conflicts. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment contracts, and statutory reporting. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in Workday. Analyze people data and share insights to inform leadership decisions. Continuously look for ways to simplify and improve HR processes. Other duties as required. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HRBP or HR Manager Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). Strong understanding of local employment laws and best practices. Proven experience in a global or matrixed organization. Great communication and relationship-building skills across cultures. A balanced mindset-strategic thinker and practical problem solver. Comfortable using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday (preferred), SAP SuccessFactors) and HR
