Job Summary The HRIS Coordinator supports the efficient operation and maintenance of RXO's Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and user support. Job Responsibilities Assist with the administration and maintenance of HRIS systems, including data entry, updates, and system configuration. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users, resolving issues and escalating as needed. Generate and distribute standard and ad-hoc HR reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations. Assist with data audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations. Document HRIS processes, procedures, and user guides. Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure seamless HRIS integration and utilization. Participate in training and development activities to stay current with HRIS trends and best practices. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, UKG). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
