As a Senior Recruiter supporting our Distribution business, you'll own the full hiring cycle while acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders across the region. Role Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Own end-to-end recruiting for Distribution roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance Build and maintain proactive pipelines of exceptional candidates for current and future opportunities Develop deep knowledge of your supported Talent Communities to match candidates with the right roles Stakeholder Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers - pushing back when needed, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing sharp market intelligence to every conversation Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, and Employee Success to drive an efficient, compliant hiring process Partner with sourcing specialists, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to deliver a high-touch candidate experience Strategy & Excellence Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy, pipeline health reviews, and competitive talent intelligence initiatives Participate in global recruiting programs designed to fill current openings and build long-term pipeline health Identify and improve broken processes - you don't walk past a problem, you fix it Requirements 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally for Sales or Distribution roles Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus. Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle Strong track record
