Senior Technical Recruiter - Corporate Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico What success looks like in this role: IT Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Partner) We're looking for a results-driven IT Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across technical and business roles. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring leaders to attract, assess, and secure top talent while delivering a strong candidate experience. What You'll Do Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define effective recruiting strategies Source, engage, and assess candidates across multiple channels Manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from intake through offer and close Guide hiring teams on interviewing best practices and decision-making Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience Negotiate and close offers aligned with compensation guidelines Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting in Workday Partner with external agencies when needed Additional Focus Areas (as applicable) Campus Recruiting: Build university partnerships and support intern/early career hiring Contract Staffing: Support contract hiring needs and vendor partnerships You will be successful in this role if you have: What You Bring Minimum of 4 years of experience recruiting for technical and/or professional roles Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities A proactive, data-driven approach to sourcing and pipeline management Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) Strong English skills (read, write, speak) #LI-RM1 Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity,
